Thank you for shopping with Essentially REE! We handcraft and curate every item with care, and we want to make sure your order gets to you safely and on time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly longer — we appreciate your patience!
Shipping Rates & Delivery
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order size, weight, and destination.
Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days
Expedited Shipping (US): 2–3 business days
We currently ship within the United States. If you are interested in international shipping, please contact us at hello@essentiallyree.com.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Essentially REE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 business days of delivery at hello@essentiallyree.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we will do our best to make it right.
